A Snapshot of the Temples of Bhubaneshwar

Bhubaneshwar is the capital of the Indian state of Odisha (Orissa). Besides being an administrative capital, Bhubaneshwar is also home to many Indian temples built by the Kalinga dynasty. Some temples have the influences of the Cholas who once ruled Orissa. Some of the notable ancient Hindu temples in Bhubaneshwar are Muktesvara Temple, Rajarani Temple, Lingaraja Temple, etc. Below are some photos taken during our trip to Odisha in 2009.
